How
do I find my driver?
We offer two options for
airport service. Please choose one of the following
options:
1 - Baggage claim.
The driver will arrive at baggage claim holding a sign
with the clients name. This service is an additional 10
dollars.
2 - Curb side. The
driver will pick you up at the curb side outside of the
baggage claim area. Please call us at 206-261-4806 as
soon as you land. After you claim your luggage your
driver will meet you promptly. This is the fastest and
easiest option for the clients. It takes two phone calls
and no waiting time.
When
will you charge my credit card?
We do not charge your credit
card until our job is done. You must present card at the
drop off location for manual imprint.
Will I
be charged for waiting time?
There is no charge for
waiting time on airport service. Our operators check all
clients flight status for delays or early arrivals.
What is
your cancellation policy?
To avoid being charged you
must cancel your reservation no less than 12 hours prior
to pick-up time by e-mail, or 3 hours by phone.
What is
your service guarantee?
After you have booked your
reservation with us your car is guarantee to be waiting
for you upon arrival. Online reservations must be made
no less than 12 hours in advance of the pick-up time.
What are
your hourly rates?
Our hourly rates for any
occasion are 50.00 dollars per hour; minimum of 3 hours.
What
kinds of cars do you drive?
All of our cars are full
size luxury sedans that carry 1-4 passengers, such as
Lincoln Town Cars.
Does
your rate include a gratuity for the driver?
No, our rates are a flat
company rate and do not include the standard 20%
gratuity for the driver. Trips made after midnight and
before 4:00AM are subject to a 10.00 dollars surcharge.
Are your
rates per person or per car?
Unlike airport shuttle
services, our rates are per car. The rate does not
change based on the number of passengers.
